Payments

Where a deposit or partial payment is required, the remaining balance must be paid within the timeframe communicated at the time of booking.
Failure to make required payments within the applicable timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges.
Cancellations & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated for a specific booking, the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking will apply.

Full Refund
Subject to the applicable administrative charges and booking conditions.
15–30 Days
50% Charge
Cancellations within this period may incur a 50% cancellation charge.
Less Than 15 Days
Non-Refundable
Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure may be non-refundable.
We strongly recommend considering appropriate travel insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances that may affect your travel plans.
Traveller Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us is accurate and complete.
- Ensure that your passport, identification, visas, permits, and other required travel documents are valid.
